1. Install rpmbuild yum install rpmbuild

2. Install rpmrebuild http://rpmrebuild.sourceforge.net/

3. Use rpmrebuild to get the spec file

Rpmrebuild-e package_name

4. Install rpmdevtools to create a working directory

Yum install rpmdevtools

# rpmdev-setuptree
