Microsoft's update to the windows operating system released on July 10, 2018 has caused problems with many users' exchange mail systems, mainly as follows:

The client cannot send and receive email normally. The exchange transport service is dead.

To solve this problem, Microsoft's service team has released an alternative emergency update, which can be solved in two ways:

If you have installed the update released on July 10, uninstall this update (which requires a system restart) to install an alternative update, as shown in the table below

If you have already installed: Impacted Update, please install Update which must be applied update.
