First of all, you have to enable it when configuring remote: telnet server enable

Enter the vty user view: user-interface vty 0 4

1. Configure none authentication method:

System-view

Telnet server enable

User-interface vty 0 4

Configure the authentication method of vty user interface view: authenitication-mode none | password | scheme

Set the level after the user logs in: user privilege level

2.password authentication method configuration:

Set authentication password simlie | ciphertext

3.scheme configuration:

Set up local user: local-user username

Set user password: password simlie

Set the user type to telnet:service-type telnet

Set user level: authentication-attribute level 3
