The production environment has been using vCenter to manage host hosts, but it is not on vcops because of its small scale. After upgrading vcenter6.5, individual VM always inexplicably reports that the memory utilization is too high, but the actual memory usage is not high and the resources are sufficient. Vcenter itself does not have a good tool to analyze and monitor vsphere, but vmware has a special management software vcops (now changed to vrops).

How to use root to access vrops's shell

The default root of vrops is no password. When you log in for the first time, enter the login prompt interface through alt+F1. The first time you log in and enter by default, you will be asked to set your password.

Under which path is the log of vrops placed?

/ storage/log/vcops/log

How do I know which journals I have to read?

As shown in the following figure, in system management, support, and logs, you can roughly see which logs the system supports. Although the contents of the log can be displayed on the right, I feel that it is very inconvenient and slow to find it. It is highly recommended to locate the contents of the log through shell's tail-f.
