And create a new string value item named 1 in the subkey, and set the numerical data of the value item to intl.cpl, so that the regional and language options in the control panel are restricted to hide, while other items are displayed correctly. On the contrary, you can also display the specified item, but nothing else, open the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\ Explorer" subkey, create a new double-byte value item named RestrictCpl in it, and set the numerical data of the value item to 1, continue to create a new subkey named RestrictCpl in it, create a new string value item named 1 in it, and set the numerical data of this value item to intl.cpl Exit the registry and log out or start again.

Effect: after restarting the machine, you will find that the control panel can be opened, with only one regional and language option, and the rest is hidden, as shown in figure 2.

Type 3: hide tabs in internet options

The Internet option is very important to users. It is an important setting data for us to enter the Internet, and it is often tampered with by Trojans or people. You can hide its option folder through the registry, such as the general key, open the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Policies\ Microsoft" subkey, create a new internet explorer subkey, and create a subkey named control panel in the subkey, and create a new generaltab double-byte value entry in the control panel. And set the value to 1, close the registry and restart the machine. If you want to hide the security item, create a double-byte value item called securitytab in a child of control panel and set its value to 1.
