I haven't updated my blog for a long time. Today, I share with you one. Two virtual machines can access each other. In this way, one virtual machine simulates the server and the other simulates the client. I can do many experiments of RHCE.

The first step is to change the mode of the network card. The mode of the two virtual machines must be the same.

Both should be in NAT mode.

Step 2: Edit the network adapter. Both have the same configuration.

Step 3: Configure the two virtual machine NIC attack IP address: DHCP

Type in command: nm-connection-editor

Step 4: Restart network services for both VMs

[root@server desktop]# systemctl restart network

Step 5: Check if you have an IP address.

The server gets the address 192.168.1.4.

The client gets 192.168.1.3.

Step 6: Verification

It can communicate with each other, indicating that the configuration is successful.

Moreover, if the wireless network card has WiFi connection, it can also connect to the Internet, so that you can use Alibaba Cloud or Netease Cloud yum resources to install software.
