This should be a bug, and Microsoft should also be repairing it. If you encounter this problem, you have to invite powershell out. Because you don't know the status of the migration task, you won't know when to complete the task correctly.

You can easily get this state with the following command:

Get-Moverequest | get-MoveRequestStatics | Select-Object DisplayName, StatusDetail, PercentComplete.
