(2) decompress Xml Tools 2.4.8 Unicode.zip and close Notepad++

(3) copy the XMLTools.dll under the Xml Tools folder to the plugins subfolder of Notepad++

(4) copy all dll files under the dependencies folder to the root directory of Notepad++ (at the same level as notepad++.exe)

5. XML file formatting

After installation, launch Notepad++, and click on the plug-ins tab to see that the XML Tools plug-in has been loaded. If you want to format a XML file, select a series of options at the beginning of Pretty print.
