In many cases in the real world, it is not allowed to receive emails with specific file extensions. Today, the editor will briefly share with you how to limit these emails.

Log in to the mail management console ECP

Navigate to Mail flow-Rule-+-create a new rule, as shown in the figure:

As shown in the figure, click Advanced options

Enter the name of the rule and select according to the screenshot:

Enter the file suffix to be restricted, and click OK, as shown in the figure:

Specify a word or phrase and the file extension to block in the text box, such as-ade,adp,ani,bas,bat,chm,cmd,com,cpl,crt,hlp,ht,hta, inf,ins,isp,job,js,jse,lnk,mda,mdb,mde,mdz,msc,msi,msp,mst,pcd,reg,scr,sct,shs,url,vb,vbs, wsf,wsh

Refer to the screenshot and select the action you want to do, such as shown in the screenshot:

Click Save
