Solution: change a line from the operator to the co-transfer.

To see the essence through the phenomenon:

(1) the ping of the source of the interconnected Direct Connect is not available, so it is directly determined that there is a problem with the Direct Connect, but is it the Direct Connect that leaves the data center or the core route from the server room to the local terminal? Continue to the next

(2) without using the local end as the source, it was able to get through. After traceroute, it was found that it went through the external network, indicating that × × × is normal, but it is not always accessible. At this time, it is suspected that it is a problem between the operator equipment and the core router. The core router is JuniperM7I. This type of equipment is about to stop production, but it is still in use.

(3) as for the SMS alarm to the contrary, it is a bit interesting. According to the receipt of the email message, it will prevail: basically, about 9 minutes in 8Mui, the recovery time of a dedicated line. If there is the possibility of repeated physical interruption during this time, when the SMS system reports an interruption of Down, your line will be connected, and it may be restored after 9 minutes after monitoring. So this is a short message system problem, ignore it.

(4) the judgment is basically not a matter for the operator, that is, the matter of the local line. After changing the new co-transfer, it will not work for a long time. The opposite end partner also changes things without authorization, and sometimes it does not make sense. It is also said that the line has been changed. After communication, the phenomenon has not been fundamentally resolved. Finally, I decided to change the network cable, and everything returned to normal!
