Background:

Centos 6.5 deploys two database instances orcl1 and orcl2 within a single server

Orcl1 is running normally, orcl2 link is not up (instance is not started)

Orcl2 needs to be started without affecting the operation of orcl1.

Operation steps: 1. Use oracle user to log in to the host

You can also switch to oracle after root login

Command: su - oracle

2. Switch the ORACLE_SID variable to orcl2

Command: export ORACLE_SID=orcl2

3. sqlplus logged in as sysdba

Command: sqlplus sys/system as sysdba

4. start

Command: Startup

if no error is reported, the startup is successful;

5. Exit sqlplus

Command: QUIT
