The following is the configuration required by oracle (/ etc/pam.d/login)

Session required / lib/security/pam_limits.so

[root@server181 ~] # find /-name pam_limits.so / lib/security/pam_limits.so found that the pam_limits.so file is not in the directory specified by oracle
