The spam address library used by AsiaInfo Security is an international MAPS library. You can query it by entering IP under IP Reputation Lookup to the right of https://www.ers.trendmicro.com/, or directly in http://www.mail-abuse.com/cgi-bin/lookup.

You can operate according to the listed database according to kb: http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/zh-cn/1088001.aspx. After the operation, send an email to the corresponding mailbox or click on the red box of the attachment figure, and write an English email to apply for unblocking. Generally, MAPS will reply within 1-3 working days after sending the message, and then unseal will be completed.

The processing flow of IP being MAPS Block

1. First of all, please go to http://www.mail-abuse.com/cgi-bin/lookup to query whether your IP has been Block and which database has been Block.

2. For users whose IP is listed in the RBL database, if the IP found is a separate IP, please contact rbl@mail-abuse.com or call + 1.408.453.6277 x1 to request deletion. If you are in an IP address range, please contact the ISP to which you belong, and the ISP will submit the relevant request to MAPS. ISP, please send mail to rbl@mail-abuse.com or call + 1.408.453.6277 x1 to request deletion.

3. For users whose IP is listed in the DUL database, please contact their ISP and change an IP address that does not belong to the dial-up dynamic IP. For ISP where IP is included in the DUL database, please send an email to dul@mail-abuse.com or log in to http://www.mail-abuse.com/cgi-bin/nph-dul-remove to request deletion

4. For users whose IP is listed in the RSS database, please check the anti-relay settings of their servers first, and then log in to http://rss.mail-abuse.com/cgi-bin/nph-rss-remove to apply for deletion.

5. For users whose IP is listed in the OPS database, please check the security settings of your server first, and then log in to http://ops..mail-abuse.com/cgi-bin/nph-ops-remove to apply for deletion.

6. For users whose IP is listed in the NML database, please make sure that your users do not send spam, and then send an email to nml@mail-abuse.com to request deletion
