Yesterday, Realme launched its first flagship smartphone in the form of the Realme X2 Pro, with a small update to the Realme 5s and a better 48 million-pixel camera on the back. However, Realme CEO Madhav Madhav Sheth also revealed at the press conference that the company plans to launch 730G chipsets for Realme XT and Snapdragon in December. Just before the event ended, Sheth caught a glimpse of Realme's upcoming wireless earplugs.

On the stage, Sheth took the Realme wireless earplugs out of his pocket and the box looked exactly the same as the one on Apple's AirPod. Sheth also took out earplugs and put them in his ear, showing a design similar to Apple's AirPods with a long stick on it. Realme later shared a post on Twitter mocking the wireframe design of the earplugs. It seems to be similar to Apple's AirPods in design and size.

Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme, has always called earplugs "AirPods". This means the possibility that Realme can be called AirPods or AirBuds directly.

Given that Realme phones use Android, Realme earplugs are most likely to be compatible with all Android phones, unlike Apple's AirPods.

Currently, Realme sells two audio accessories in various markets. The Realme Buds 2 is a wireless headset that costs 599 rupees. The price of RealmeBuds Wireless is 1799 rupees. They are wireless neckband headphones.

As a result, Realme may set the price of the AirPods at between 5000 rupees and 6000 rupees, competing with many reasonably priced wireless earplugs from other headphone manufacturers. Considering that the Realme AirPods may be cheaper, Realme is expected to avoid functions such as wireless charging and USB-C ports.

As for the release date, Realme is likely to be released in December with the Realme XT 730g version. There are also rumors that Realme will launch Realme TV and Realme fitness bands.
