ORACLE10g prompts java.lang.Exception: Exception in sending Request::null after opening EM

After http://localhost:1158/em logs in to em, prompt java.lang.Exception: Exception in sending Request:: null

Cause: incorrect time zone configuration:

Modify: (1) Open the file E:\ oracle\ product\ 10.2.0\ db_1\ USER-AM_orcl\ sysman\ config\ emd.properties, and change agentTZRegion=GMT to agentTZRegion=Asia/ Chungking agentTZRegion=Asia/Shanghai

(2) restart EM.

Then stop dbconsole before restarting dbconsole:

Set ORACLE_SID=orcl

Emctl stop dbconsole

Emctl start dbconsole

The problem of misconfigured time zone can be solved.
