After the update, we changed the original calendar view to the existing resource calendar view. This article mainly introduces the resource calendar view and some of its basic operations, resource calendar view should be the existing market project management tools do not have, manually add dog head! Resource Calendar View:

In the resource calendar view, the left part shows the members of the project team, and the right part shows the task assignment status.

Resource calendar view, you can succinctly see each task in each time period (daily, weekly, monthly or other time interval) required man-hour, cost and other information, so that the allocation of resources on the task can be more reasonably adjusted.

New Task:

In order to facilitate members, assign tasks, now do not have to operate so many tedious steps, click on the project team members who need to distribute tasks in any blank position, drag and drop, oh, you can create a new task, the task can be done with one click, So Easy!

Edit tasks:

Move the mouse into the task progress bar, select the task, double-click to directly edit and update the task status, and the changes here will be synchronously updated to the resource calendar view.

Arrangement:

Resource calendar view, there are also three kinds of task arrangement (default arrangement, compression arrangement, overlay arrangement), so that you can quickly view the schedule of the project.

Hide the eggs:

Move the mouse into the progress bar, drag the task progress bar to move it, distribute the existing task to others, or drag and drop to change the length of the task progress bar and change the deadline of the task.
