Create a folder where the exported files are stored

Create directory dir_dump as'/ home/oracle'

Authorize the user

Grant read, write on directory dir_dump to user

Export data

Expdp user/password directory=dir_dump dumpfile=expdp.dmp schemas=user

Expdp user/password directory=dir_dump dumpfile=dir_dump:exp%U.dmp filesize=2m; # exports to multiple files, using filesize to control the size of a single file

Import data

Impdp user/password directory=dir_dump dumpfile=expdp.dmp table_exists_action=replace logfile=xxx.log

Special note: the table_exists_action parameter is used to control how to handle existing tables on import.

Table_exists_action options:

1.skip skips and processes the next object if the table already exists (this is the default option)

2.append is to add data to the table. If the only key conflicts, an error will be reported.

3.truncate is to truncate the table and then add new data to it.

4.replace is to delete existing tables, rebuild tables, and append data
