First of all, prepare a Linux image file, which I use here is the CentOS-6.6-x86_64-minimal version.

Second, you need to install VMware software on your computer. This step is omitted (stupid installation).

The installation steps are as follows:

1. New Virtual Machine Wizard

In this interface, you can configure operating system memory, processors, image files, networks, printers, and so on. This step can be configured now or in the next step (see step 7). Click the close button when the configuration is complete.
