After installing the oracle software, netca creates a monitor but reports the following error:

Cause of the problem: it is caused by the default host name

Solution: change Linux to a non-default hostname, as shown below:

[root@localhost ~] $cat / etc/sysconfig/network

NETWORKING=yes

HOSTNAME=testdb

GATEWAY=192.168.1.254

[root@localhost ~] $cat / etc/hosts

# Do not remove the following line, or various programs

# that require network functionality will fail.

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost

192.168.10.25 testdb

Re-execution

[root@localhost ~] $hostname testdb

Let the oracle user log out and log back in to start netca normally, so the problem is solved.
