Extract the file to the d disk and rename the folder bit tomcat9

Then open cmd, go to the tomcat9\ bin directory, and run the following command

Service.bat install tomcat9-user tomcat

This command creates a new service called tomcat9 that runs as the tomcat user.

After the command is executed, a login window pops up and can be installed with administrator login authorization

Open the service to view
