Apple has taken its online Apple Store offline at the time of "update" and is expected to remain offline after the end of the Apple activity.

In line with traditional practice, Apple closed its online store hours before the big event. In this case, the campaign is a "Peek performance" campaign and is expected to include at least one new iPhone SE, but there may be more features.

Apart from asking users to "come back as soon as possible", Apple has never disclosed when the store will reopen. However, the event is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. Eastern time.

Recent events tend to take about an hour, so the store is likely to reopen around 2 p.m. Eastern time.

What can be expected in Apple's spring activities

There are rumors that Apple will launch a large number of products throughout 2022. Although some products are expected to be launched later this year, such as the usual fall update of "iPhone 14", a range of products are likely to appear at this earlier event.

The main focus is likely to be on iPhone SE, and third-generation devices are expected to be equipped with 5G connections for the first time. Some rumors suggest that it contains a bulge and has the same design as the second-generation model, with a 4.7-inch display and a Touch ID.

IPad Air 5 is also considered a potential candidate for the event, presumably with a feature upgrade similar to that of iPad mini 6, including an upgrade to A15 Bionic. The 5G connection and the upgrade of the FaceTime HD camera to a 12-megapixel ultra-wide version that supports Center Stage are also touted.

In terms of Mac, the improved Mac mini is a strong release option and is expected to upgrade from M1 to M1 Pro and M1 Max. Its design is also expected to undergo major modifications, with a thinner chassis, more ports on the back, and magnetic connections.
