Select Task Manager, or you can press "Ctrl", "Alt" and "Del" on the keyboard at the same time (Windows NT/2000 users need to select Task Manager again). The Task Manager window appears. Click the processes tab.

Look for the "rundll32.exe" process in the Image name (if there are multiple "rundll32.exe" processes, just close them all.) Fourth, turn off the computer directly.
