After the forced shutdown, start it up and log in to have a look.

It took a long time for zmcontrol status to appear, with the following prompt:

Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.

Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

Find the solution on the Internet:

Zmcontrol stop

Re-zmcontrol start

An error was reported when starting up, and several services could not be started.

I will provide a single service and start a service.

Look, the startup prompts are all reminders that the mysql.service service cannot be started.

So I went backstage to check the mysql error log.

View / opt/zimbra/log/mysql_error.log

Found a lot of similar error tips:

Failed to find tablespace for table'"mboxgroup99". "tag" in the cache. Attempting to load the tablespace with space id 6420

I checked on the Internet that the Mysql tablespace should be damaged (it should be caused by forced shutdown)

So I wondered if I could restore the tablespace by restoring the mysql database, because the system automatically backs up the mysql database every day.

But when you restore it, you prompt me with the following information:

Table 'xxx' is read only, read-only table, checked the permissions to modify folders and files under the directory on the Internet, but these permissions have not been changed and do not need to be changed.

Looking for a method on the Internet, I found that I could modify the my.cnf configuration file to force him to start it.

/ opt/zimbra/conf/my.cnf

Add: in [mysqld]:

# innodb_force_recovery = 6

# innodb_purge_threads = 1

Then restart the mysql.service service

This time zmcontrol checks that various services are started, and individual services that cannot be started will be started separately. When zmcontrol status checks that each service is running, then log in to the web version to send e-mail, and find that it can only be sent, not received, or there is still a problem.

Continue to search for methods on the Internet, and find that you can use innochecksum as a tool to fix it. If you want to install this tool on the Internet, find out that there is a self-contained tool under / opt/zimbra/common/bin, so use the following command to fix it:

/ opt/zimbra/common/bin/innochecksum-f / opt/zimbra/db/data/ibdata1

After running, I was prompted that there was no option of-f, so I checked it-- help, and did not check the parameters instead of-f. I simply used the command without parameters:

/ opt/zimbra/common/bin/innochecksum / opt/zimbra/db/data/ibdata1

Then cancel the mandatory recovery option in the previous my.cnf, and then restart the zmcontrol restart service. Unexpectedly, it can be started to send and receive mail, but there is a pity that the imap service cannot be used. We will study it later.
