Godson 1B uses 0.13um technology and is a lightweight 32-bit SoC chip. The chip integrates GS232 processor core, 16ax 32-bit DDR2, HD display, NAND, SPI, 62-way GPIO, USB, CAN, UART and other interfaces, which can meet the needs of ultra-low-cost cloud terminals, data acquisition, network equipment and other fields.
