Implementation on sharepoint 2007 server

First, create a sharepoint site: after https://portal.xxx.com/ is built, click Site Actions-> Create-> Custom List in the upper right corner, and then enter the newly built List, such as test1, and then click Settings-> Create Column.

Build the Column one by one

Site Settings-> Advanced Permissions-> Settings-> Permission Levels-> Add Permission Levels

The choices are as follows:

List Permissions

View Application Pages-View forms, views, and application pages. Enumerate lists.

Site Permissions

Browse User Information-View information about users of the Web site.

Use Remote Interfaces-Use SOAP, Web DAV, or SharePoint Designer interfaces to access the Web site.

Use Client Integration Features-Use features which launch client applications. Without this permission, users will have to work on documents locally and upload their changes.

Open-Allows users to open a Web site, list, or folder in order to access items inside that container.

Go back to Site Settings > Permissions-> New-> Add Users

Domain\ domain users and select the Permisson level you just created

Go back to List-> Test1

Settings-> List Settings-> Permission for this list

Select Domain users-> Actions-> Edit User Permissions

Select Contribute, so that through overlapping permissions, users can add and view their own records, but can not see others' records.
