If you are lost in a sea of icons and cannot find the application you want, there may be too many application pages on your home screen. This is the way to switch pages and delete redundant pages in iOS 15 and iPadOS 15.

The number of applications available is so dazzling that applications in App Store can be used for almost any task. Our reliance on applications may result in too many applications on your iPhone or iPad.

Or rather, there are too many screens to search effectively within a reasonable time frame.

Apple does provide some convenience, making it easier to manage a large number of applications on the device, including mobile applications, and classify them into folders. The App Library added in iOS 14 adds an additional option to take the application completely off the home screen, making room for widgets and other applications to be visible.

Even so, users sometimes find dozens or even hundreds of application icons on their iPhone home screen. This is especially true for people who set up iPhone or iPad for the first time and download many of the applications they plan to use in the future.

When you manage applications displayed on the home screen, applications in folders, or applications launched to the application library, another concept you should really consider is to manage the home screen page itself.

Why manage the home screen page?

The first reason for managing home screen pages is obvious: quickly reducing the number of applications and pages to view. In the setup scenario, you may have set iOS or iPadOS to automatically add the application to the home screen, which may cause multiple new pages to be created when the application icon overflows.

If they are applications that you don't necessarily need to see on the home screen immediately and are satisfied with using the application library, you may just want to remove the page from the list.
