"Hotspot name" is the name of the WiFi hotspot for which you want to view the password. For example, if the author wants to view the password of the hotspot "staff", enter:

Netsh wlan show profile name= "staff" key=clear

Then press enter, and in the "Security Settings" column, what "key content" shows is the password corresponding to the WiFi hotspot.
