Make the "/var/ftp/public" directory accessible to anyone

sudo chmod -R 777 /var/ftp/public

Please set specific permissions yourself. If you are unfamiliar with permissions, you can search for tutorials yourself (in fact, I am not familiar with them).

My own settings (FYI only):

"/var/ftp" belongs to "fanhe" user,"ftpgroup" group, permission 775

"var/ftp/public" belongs to "ftp" user,"ftpgroup" group, permission 775

Because I added fanhe to ftpgroup.
