Oracle, as the starting price of database software, also has a set of well-known ERP software products in the management science community, called Oracle EBS (E-Business Suit). The instructions on the computer configuration of this system on the client side are as follows:

1. Domain name resolution:

If the user enterprise has its own DNS server, you can add parsing. If not, it is generally realized by configuring the local hosts file (refer to my other article) PS. At present, I have found that it should not be directly accessible through the IP address, or it may be related to the load balancer configuration of our system. I hope you can correct it.

2. IE configuration

After opening the login interface, due to the mixed versions of the client's computer, Windows has everything from XP to win10,IE from 6 to 11. Fortunately, it can be used through some settings.

(1) compatibility view (IE8 and above): tools-compatibility view settings to add URL to compatibility view list

(2) Pop-up blocker: tool-Pop-up blocker setting to add URL to the exception list

(3) add trusted sites: tools-Internet options-Security tab, select "trusted sites" in the region, click the trusted sites button, and add the URL to the list of trusted sites (note that if the URL starts with http://, remove the check box below and add it)

(4) disable XSS filter: tools-Internet options-Security tab, select "trusted sites" in the zone, click the "Custom level" button, in the drop-down class table, find the "XSS filter" in the script is enabled by default, click "disable" here! (otherwise, if the forms interface is enabled, it will prompt "FRM-92050: failed to connect to the server: / forms/lservlet:-1")

(5) install the java plug-in: open the system, enter the function, the server will automatically download the java plug-in to install, or download and install on its own, we use the R12 version, generally use the following version of the java plug-in, relatively stable, after installation is complete, through the Control Panel-programs-Java control panel of the "Update" tab, will be automatically updated to remove. (after the update and upgrade, the browser will load with a lot of security prompts, all allowed.)

At this point, close all browser windows and reopen IE to access the various functions of the oracle erp product normally.

In addition:

Jinshan poison bully, Tencent PC Manager and other security software will prompt java runtime errors when the browser loads the java plug-in, which will affect the browser loading the java plug-in.
