This problem is caused by the excessive size of the monitoring log. Here are the solutions:

1. Delete the listener.log under... / product/10.2.0\ db_1/NETWORK/log and restart the listener.

Rename listener.log listener.log01 (or empty directly)

Lsnrctl stop

Lsnrctl start

two

Lsnrctl set log_status off

Rename listener.log listener.log01

Lsnrcl set log_status on

Both of the above methods are fine.
