It is useless to try to reconstruct the surveillance at the scene. Modify the listening file listener.ora

Add the following parameters

LOCAL_OSAUTHENTICATION = OFF

Restart listening lsnrctl stop lsnrctl start

After modifying the parameters, the monitoring start and stop is normal. Still can not log in to the database, check the database service, found that login using administrator users, modified to local login, the database can be connected normally.
