When the company is not well managed, or when the operation KPI is not up to standard, we often hear the operation team say, "it's not that our operation ability is bad, it's that this product is too bad, the technical staff is too poor, no matter how you want us to operate, this fairy can't be saved." Is this really the case? And why did this happen? We usually think that the R & D phase is when engineers write code, but in fact this understanding is biased. The project team operates as a team, and each business module has something to do at each stage. For example: operators often do not participate in the analysis and design review, or even participate in the product review, they think that this is a product and technical matter. "you have finished the product and handed it to us. With my ability, KPI is not a matter of minutes." As a result, things often backfire. If you hear the operators in the company say that the products are bad and the technicians are too incompetent, the root of their idea is basically the lack of the operations team during the project phase.
