Godson 1D is a special SoC chip for ultrasonic heat meter, water meter and gas meter measurement. The chip integrates ultrasonic time measurement, ultrasonic pulse generator, temperature measurement unit, CPU, serial port, infrared transceiver, segment LCD controller, voltage detection unit, air traffic control detection unit, ultrasonic transducer break detection and other functional components. With perfect programming, simulation and debugging environment, the software and hardware design of ultrasonic heat meter measurement system will be greatly simplified.

Godson 1D structure diagram:

Godson 1D is composed of measurement module, processor subsystem, power management module and display module, which is connected by AXI and APB bus. The processor subsystem includes the processor core and the modules that need to be controlled by software, such as Flash and SPI, whose power can be completely turned off to save power consumption.

The structure of Godson 1D measurement module is shown in the following figure:
