How are private clouds, public clouds, and hybrid clouds defined?

A private cloud is literally a private cloud, and a cloud developed by a user or by a cloud computing company for users to use alone is a private cloud. Hybrid cloud matches private cloud and public cloud, which not only ensures security, but also saves costs and improves efficiency. It has been used in the medical field.
