The "hover window" function affects the Intune function on Android phones, resulting in the failure of Intune management. If the organization has enabled the MAM policy, the O365 account configured in Outlook App will be automatically deleted and cannot be used! Case 1:O365 mail users, have enabled MAM function for data protection of O365, before all worked normally! After the recent update of some Android phones (updated in June 2019), the Intune management fails and the O365 email account in Outlook App will be deleted automatically, as shown below:

Prompts to install and open Intune when reconfiguring

Reconfiguring your Outlook account will prompt you to install Intune, which has already been installed and activated on your phone!

When you reinstall Intune and configure activation, you will be prompted that "Settings" cannot respond to your action because another application is currently displayed on these options. Add activation device failed!
