Today, after backing up the data from a slave, I want to create another slave and report an error after startup:

Last_IO_Error: Fatal error: The slave I/O thread stops because master and slave have equal MySQL server UUIDs; these UUIDs must be different for replication to work.

The reason for the error is the direct backup of the slave file, resulting in the same uuid. Uuid is a mechanism introduced by MySQL5.6 and must be inconsistent between the master and the slave.

The solution is to delete the auto.cnf file under data and restart the database.
