Huawei AR2220-S upgrade process:
3.11.1 scenario 1: AR as FTP Server
Configure AR as FTP Server, assuming that the IP address of the VLAN100 where the GigabitEthernet0/0/0 interface or Ethernet0/0/0 interface (AR150-S&AR160-S&AR200-S series only) resides is 10.164.30.20, the FTP username is AR, and the password is huawei@123,FTP working directory flash:/ or sd1:/. The following is an example of a device using a Flash card.
System-view
[Huawei] ftp server enable
Info: Succeeded in starting the FTP server
[Huawei] aaa
[Huawei-aaa] local-user AR password cipher huawei@123
Info: A new user added
[Huawei-aaa] local-user AR ftp-directory flash:
[Huawei-aaa] local-user AR service-type ftp
[Huawei-aaa] local-user AR privilege level 15
Usually, the various configuration files for AR100-S&AR120-S&AR150-S&AR160-S&AR200-S&AR1200-S&AR2200-S&AR3200-S enterprise routers are in flash or sd1, so the FTP working directory is generally set to flash: or sd1:.
3.12.1 method 1: AR as FTP Server
Step 1 set AR to FTP Server (refer to "3.11.1 scenario 1: AR as FTP Server")
Step 2 back up the system software and configuration files.
You can log in to the FTP server (that is, AR) to complete the backup in two ways:
Log in to AR through any FTP Client program and back up the files to FTP Client.
Enter the IP address and the working directory of FTP, and you can use this program to copy the files that need to be backed up under the working directory of AR to a directory of FTP Client, such as D:\ ftp.
Log in to AR using the command line on the operation terminal and back up the files to FTP Client.
Note that the directory when logging in should use the directory where the upgrade program is located on this machine (that is, the FTP working directory), assuming D:\ ftp.
On Windows 7 systems, you can start the FTP program by following these steps:
a. On the PC, select start > run.
b. Enter cmd.
c. Enter d in the pop-up interface:
d. Enter cd ftp to enter the ftp directory.
C:\ Documents and Settings\ Administrator > d:
D:\ > cd ftp
D:\ ftp > ftp 10.164.30.20
Connected to 10.164.30.20.
220 FTP service ready.
User (10.164.30.20: (none)): AR # enter the user name manually and enter enter
331 Password required for AR.
Password: # enter the password huawei@123, enter, and the password is not displayed on the screen.

3.13 check the remaining space in the Flash/ SD card
Step 1 check the remaining space
Execute the dir command in the user view to check the remaining space in the Flash/ SD card and verify that there is enough remaining space in the Flash/ SD card to accommodate the system software to be upgraded.
The following is an example of a device using a Flash card.
Dir flash:/
Directory of flash:/

If the Free space is larger than the size of the upgrade target version of the system software, there is enough space. Otherwise, you need to delete files that you do not need to use (perform step 2).
Step 2 delete files that you do not need to use
If the remaining space is less than the size of the target version of the system software, you need to delete files that you do not need to use.
System software (ending with ".cc"), configuration file (ending with ".cfg" or ".zip"), License file (ending with ".dat"), please confirm that you do not need to use it before deleting.
Execute the following command in the user view to delete files that are not needed on the Flash/ SD card.
Files deleted using the delete command will be saved to the Recycle Bin, files in the Recycle Bin can be recovered using the undelete command, and files saved to the Recycle Bin will still take up Flash/ SD card space. The reset recycle-bin command deletes all files in the Recycle Bin, which are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
Or use the delete / unreserved command to completely delete the file, which is equivalent to executing the delete command before the reset recycle-bin command.
# Delete redundant files on the current Flash/ SD card.
Delete flash:/iascfg1.zip
Delete flash:/iascfg1.zip? (YBO) [n]: y
Info: Deleting file flash:/iascfg1.zip...succeed.
# Files deleted to the Recycle Bin can be recovered using the following command.
Undelete flash:/iascfg1.zip
Undelete flash:/iascfg1.zip? [Y/N]: y
% Undeleted file flash:/iascfg1.zip.
# execute the following command to completely delete the useless files in the Recycle Bin.
Reset recycle-bin flash:
# execute the following command to delete the file directly and completely, and the file will not enter the Recycle Bin.
Delete / unreserved flash:/iascfg1.zip
-the end.

It may be a software problem, because the data processing flow of the old version of the current new business may not be optimized.
In this way, a lot of resources will be consumed, and the processing process will be optimized after the upgrade.
OK, I'll try to upgrade first. No problem has been found now. If this still happens after the upgrade, how should I deal with it?
If it still doesn't work after the upgrade, you should contact the expert group to ask. The SN number has been found from the information just now. The inquiry has been guaranteed and the problem list cannot be established directly. It can only be dealt with through the dealer.
Ask the expert group through the dealer? Is that what it means?
