Fault description

Because of the epidemic, many customers work from home. Some users do not bring their computers home during the Spring Festival, so they download and install Office365 on their computers at home and log in to meet the conditions of working from home.

After installing Office365, the login box interface cannot pop up when you open OneDrive and prepare to use the account login activation. The error message is "We can't connect you." and the error message is "0xCAA8000". The activation cannot be completed:

Operation steps

Press the Microsoft logo + R key and enter inetcpl.cpl enter in the run window to enter the IE option settings:

Switch to Advanced, check Use TLS 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0, and then click Apply-OK to close:
