If the client is set to transfer to voice mail within 20 seconds! Result: less than 20 seconds, if you don't answer, hang up automatically!

If the client is set to transfer to voice mail within 15 seconds! Result: less than 15 seconds, if you don't answer, automatically transfer to voice mailbox!

Testing process:

Press # to enter extension 78663

If you don't answer, hang up automatically in about 20 seconds.

If:

Modify the settings of the client:

Select-unanswered calls will go to: voicemail (within 20 seconds).

Change it to 15 seconds.

test

Change the time to 15 seconds:

If you enter 78663 #, you will be transferred to your voice mailbox immediately after ringing three times.
