EasyNVR is a streaming video platform based on RTSP protocol, which can access network hard disk video recorders and NVR devices such as Haikang, Dahua and Yushi without installing video playback plug-ins from various security manufacturers. If you need to access the equipment of the external network, you can also deploy the EasyNVS video management platform on the external network to interact with each other. The EasyNVS2.1 version already supports traversing RTSP and RTMP protocol streams distributed by EasyNVR.

However, today, a customer who uses EasyNVS to traverse EasyNVR to achieve public network LVB has reported to us that EasyNVR is connected to EasyNVS, and from EasyNVS, it penetrates EasyNVR's RTSP and RTMP video streams. Some channels can be penetrated, while some channels are impenetrable, as shown below:

Through communication with customers, we know that after configuring the RTSP source of each channel in EasyNVR for the first time, you can already see the video of all channels on the EasyNVS platform, but because of the excessive bandwidth pressure, in order to save bandwidth traffic, switch the RTSP source of one of the channels from the main code stream to the sub-code stream, which is precisely the way to display the flow through RTSP and RTMP protocols on the EasyNVS platform.

After we tried to restart the EasyNVR service, we found that all the device channels could penetrate again, because EasyNVR and EasyNVS exchanged channel data information again after restarting.

After the EasyNVR service is restarted, the RTSP and RTMP protocol flows through all the channels are displayed online.

Note: during the operation of EasyNVR or EasyNVS, if you have made any changes to the configuration related to the channel, you must restart the service before you can use it normally.
