A new low-priced Red Rice 10 smartphone goes on sale this week and can be purchased for a discounted price of $159 until Aug. 28, after which the suggested retail price is $179.

In conjunction with the sale, Xiaomi released the following picture, clearly showing the extent to which Red Rice 10 surpassed Red Rice 9. The Red Rice 9 is equipped with a 50-pixel camera and a 13-pixel screen. Refresh rates increased from 60 Hz to 90 Hz, and new smartphones accept reverse wired charging, stereo speakers and powerful chargers.

Recall that the Redmi 10 comes with a 6.5-inch FullHD+ resolution screen and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 90Hz. In the upper center of the display there is an opening for the front-facing camera with a resolution of 8 MP. The main camera has a main image sensor with a resolution of 50 MP and additional modules with resolutions of 8, 2 and 2 MP.

Red Rice 10 runs Android 11 operating system, MIUI 12 shell installed on top, 5000 mAh battery supports 18 watts charging. The package includes a smartphone, charger, data cable and protective sleeve.
