Today, Xinhua San held a new server launch conference with the theme of "Intelligent Computing, Initiating the Future" in Beijing. In this conference, Xinhua three server series new products through detailed demand analysis and design optimization of hybrid IT, artificial intelligence, big data, high-performance computing, intelligent edge and other five application scenarios, aiming to greatly improve operation and maintenance efficiency and effectively reduce server TCO, helping enterprises realize digital transformation of management and business.

At the press conference, Xinhua San launched H3C UniServer R4950 G3 new server based on AMD EPYC processor. Liu Hongbing, Global Vice President of AMD China Data Center and Embedded Sales, and Liu Hongcheng, General Manager of Industrial Standard Server Product Department of Xinhua Third Group, showed and introduced the new H3C UniServer R4950 G3 dual U rack server to reporters. Also on display were two previously announced AMD EPYRON processor-based classics, the HPE ProLiant DL385 Gen10 and HPE ProLiant DL325 Gen10 servers.

According to reports, the H3C UniServer R4950 G3 is equipped with AMD EPYC processors and supports dual-way CPUs. It supports up to 64 cores and 4TB of memory and up to 24 NVMe drives. It can be widely used in cloud computing, Internet, IDC and enterprise markets of the new generation infrastructure. It is suitable for memory-centric virtualization scenarios and provides overall solutions for various use environments. At the same time, it provides virtual convergence management. It also has the advantages of simplifying deployment and optimizing operation and maintenance.

The HPE ProLiant DL325 Gen10 server, also shown, has 32 "Zen" architecture cores and supports 2TB of memory and 40TB of NVMe storage in a 1 U rack. With more cores per processor and more memory bandwidth, 40PCIe lanes can be dedicated to up to 10 NVMe devices, ideal for intensive virtualization, hosting services and software-defined storage applications.

HPE ProLiant DL325 Gen10 Server

The HPE ProLiant DL385 Gen10 server supports up to 2 AMD EPYC 7000 series processors, up to 64 cores, 32 DIMM slots or 4TB of memory capacity, up to 24 NVMe drives, and up to 3 dual-width or 5 single-width graphics processing units (GPUs) for workload acceleration.
