Installation begins:

1. Download Fedora 16 DVD: http://www.linuxsight.com/blog/2984

2. Decompress the vmlinuz and initrd.img in the isolinux folder in ISO and put them in the same directory as ISO. I put them in a folder called fedora16 here. (note that the partition cannot be NTFS, FAT32 is available)

3. Download EasyBCD: http://www.ctdisk.com/file/2756381

When the installation is complete, open EasyBCD and select Add New Entry-NeoGrub-Install

4. Click Configure

Add to the pop-up menu.lst:

Title install fedora 16

Kernel (hd0,4) / vmlinuz linux askmethod

Initrd (hd0,4) / initrd.img

(of course, the (hd0,4) here is based on your partition. I have the corresponding sda5 (hd0,4).

5. If you restart the computer, you can see that there is an extra column in the menu.

6. After successful boot, you will come to this interface. (Fedora16 recommends memory above 768MB)

7. This interface will appear here, and we choose the second Hard drive

8. Select sda5, where the above-mentioned file is placed, and write / fedora16 in the path (note the slash in front)

Now that the hard drive installation has been successful, let's take a brief look at the fedora16 installation process.
