Find the UI behind this price list search in the Chrome developer tool:

/ SAP_BYD_APPLICATION_UI/crm/pas/PriceLists_SalesPriceListOWLController_OWL.OWL.uicomponent

Find the query model used in this UI and find that there are two search parameters StartDate and EndDate:

In fact, if no parameters are specified on the UI, the query will automatically set the Valid From to the system date of the day when it is executed in the background. So if you want to see those price list that are valid before today, you must manually adjust the search criteria:
