Failure: web and client failed to log in

Troubleshooting ideas: whether the server starts normally-- > View the server startup log-- > View the server startup error log

1. Troubleshoot tomcat startup issu

Manually open the tomcat service in the service and find that the start and stop are grayed out and cannot be operated. Kill 8080 processes with the command to start, you can also find the bin/startup.bat under the installation directory, and you can run or start.

After killing the process, start and stop can be operated

two。 View tomcat Log

Check the tomcat startup log and find that sql exception is reported as soon as it is started, ORA-28001:the pasword has expired

Report the password expired abnormal, log in to the database server to see if you can log in normally, enter the password login prompt to change the password, sure enough, the password expired, change the password to the original password, restart the server, and the platform resumes normal login.

Tip: if you encounter a failure, you should first look at the log analysis. You should not restart the service first, kill the process, and correct it later.
