Apple stressed in a press release that the use of iPad has proved to be a solution for European schools, where students can learn at their own pace and greatly improve their grades. Teachers are preparing written and video lessons, and students can study at school and at home through iPad.

"when I use iPad, it's different from what they write. I say 'this is wrong' with a red pen," said Sinahaji Hajri of William Ferdinand Schusler Day School in Dusseldorf, Germany. "(with iPad), they can learn by themselves."

Hayeri and his colleague Nick Kiarakidis took turns at school, and he agreed.

"when children are afraid of making mistakes, they flinch," he told Apple. "if we try to reduce this fear, it will be easier for them to cooperate with us because they have nothing to lose."

This school and many other schools that like it have to deal with more students. These students may not only speak European languages, but may also have never taken a class before. Including migrants and refugees who had to leave their homes in the Middle East as a result of the war. As a result, they have to adapt to new schools and new languages, and may even use different letters that they do not know.

The will Ferdinand Schuessler Day School has about 325 students from 39 different schools, about 1/5 of whom do not speak German.

Since the school launched a program to provide iPad per student, the graduation rate has exceeded 20%, reaching a perfect 100%.

In Penas, Wales, the average score for similar programs using iPad rose by 3.8 points in 2018. At the Stenkulaskolan school in Malmo, Sweden, math scores increased by 80 per cent, although 98 per cent of students only spoke Swedish as a second language.

Swedish teachers use iPad to record teaching videos that students watch after school. Daniel Ajit College in Bo, France, has done a similar thing.

This is a special focus of Apple's education in France because it now works with the Mara Foundation and the Simpian School. Swift coding is taught in schools, especially for French refugees and other groups.
