I am an agent of Unicom, others may not understand what I do, but people in the industry must know. To put it simply, I opened a Unicom store in my hometown town, and my main business is to help people open mobile phone cards, recharge phone charges, sell mobile phones, and so on. With the increasing popularity of mobile phone online recharging and other services, young people are no longer willing to come to the store to recharge and buy mobile phones. They prefer to visit a treasure to buy mobile phones and recharge directly online. So that we can no longer do "serious business". At present, there is only one piece of revenue left in the store-- the annual broadband fee. According to the sub-commission of Unicom, it was barely able to do so a few years before the contract was signed. (I am in Hunan, the commission ratio is 6:4, I do not know how many friends in other areas are.) but even if you want to do a good job of village-to-village broadband access and earn everyone's broadband money, there is also a lot of knack.
Statistics must be done in advance for broadband access to the village.
Under Unicom's agency system, in order to have higher profits, we must carefully calculate and make a good budget for every expenditure. Statistics are divided into two items: first, input statistics. When we visit the village, the main input cost is mainly the laying cost of optical cable and optical fiber box. How far is it from the computer room or the existing main optical cable to the village? How many optical fiber boxes need to be set up? How many fiber optic cables do you use? What kind of cable do you use? These are the keys to the budget. The calculation of input-output ratio is directly related to whether it is profitable or not. If you make a good budget, you can get your capital back in a year, but if you don't do it well, you may not be able to recover the principal for 4 or 5 years. Second, pre-production statistics. Send out the news in advance, or go directly to key figures such as the local village head to help count how many households in the incoming village will use broadband. This is directly related to future income, so we must make clear statistics and do our best to publicize it. There is another point to emphasize here is that we must collect the deposit first. On the one hand, we can use the deposit to offset part of the input cost, on the other hand, it is to prevent some people from verbally promising and not paying the fee, leaving themselves busy in vain.
Tongcun Optical Cable and Accessories must make good use of Brand
After doing a good job in the village optical cable planning, the next thing to do is material procurement. According to the previous visit to the village, we made a list of the number of optical cables, fiber boxes, ONU and all accessories purchased before purchasing them. There are many ways to purchase, of course, the most economical way is to ask Xianfeng to have a good relationship with them at ordinary times, to see if they have any tail material to transfer, that is to say, the transfer is actually tantamount to letting them send you. The second is to go to the computer city or buy directly online. Because the optical cable laying is usually several kilometers large, it will be difficult to change it after it has been laid, and as far as my current construction is concerned, it is impossible to consider replacing the optical cable within 10 years. Therefore, the selection of optical cable is the key to the whole broadband village access project. Take myself as an example, because I do not understand, and the map is cheap, so I chose some unknown name of the OEM side of the optical cable, laid a project of nearly 10 kilometers. At first, I thought I had found a bargain, but in less than a year, a serious problem came. I began to face complaints from many users, either saying that the Internet was slow or unable to access the Internet. Upon inspection, I found out that it was because the optical cable could not withstand the wind and rain and burst directly. From then on, I will never find the so-called cheap channel to buy optical cable and communication accessories. All the accessories are produced by regular companies, such as Clan (Koran) products are good, their optical cable quality is guaranteed, optical fiber jumper, adapter, Category 5, Category 6 and other accessories are also very complete. Since using his family's products, all my outlets have never had similar problems.
To make a profit, we must do a good job of customer service.
To do broadband, in fact, is a very difficult thing, in addition to mastering the relevant technology, but also to do a good job of customer service. No matter how good your broadband is, you can't help your opponents visit your customers every day and finally pry away your customers. Many colleagues have said that others are cutting prices, price war broadband is becoming more and more difficult to do, I think it is not difficult to do, but not attentively to do. In fact, customers are their own neighbors, as long as your broadband is really stable, coupled with good service, to obtain the customer's full recognition and trust, not to mention the price difference of only a few hundred yuan, no matter how big the price difference, he will only choose you. And what we need to do is to do a good job in the service, so that customers can feel your presence every day, at least every week, rather than just helping customers install broadband and then turn a blind eye to it. As for how to contact customers, it depends on what you do to facilitate, for example, occasionally send text messages, take the time to go to the customer's house and so on are good services, rather than waiting for your broadband failure to go to the customer's home.
Of course, whether you will become a successful agent and get a share of the vast Chinese broadband market, it is not enough to learn from my experience. You may also need to adjust measures to local conditions and make adequate preparations for the market. Make timely adjustments in the face of customer needs.
