1. Database outage found,(ps -ef| grep smon ) First consider whether it is RAC and whether it affects the normal generation environment. Determine approximate repair time.

If RAC, then go to another database to enter the operation command. Find the static parameter file to start.

2. Static parameter files can also be found in locally down database systems. The general location is cd $ORACLE_HOME/dbs to find the static parameter file (refer to instance ps -ef on another instance)| grep smon ) or cd $ORACLE_HOME/dbs

3. The reason for this database outage can be found in the alert log. The most direct way is startup. If the startup is unsuccessful, an error will be reported. Then see what is wrong. The error is that the disk does not have enough space. AIX system used. df -g, see/U01 Disk Directory 100%. Delete logs in alert.

4. export ORACLE_SID= instance name

5. startup pfile = 'path/pfile';
