yum install vsftp

( 2 ) Create the root directory of the virtual FTP server and make sure that the/var/newftp and/var/newftp/pub directories have both root as owner and group, with mask 755.

# mkdir -p /var/testftp# chmod 755 /var/testftp# chmod 755 /var/testftp/pub

(3) Add anonymous user accounts for virtual FTP servers. The original FTP server used the system user ftp as its anonymous user account. You need to add a newftp for the virtual FTP server.

useradd -d /var/testftp -M testftp

(4) Create a configuration file for the virtual FTP server. Copy the original vsftpd.conf as the configuration file for the virtual FTP server and modify the relevant parameters.

#cp /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf.bak

Add or modify the following parameters:

listen=YESftp_username=testftp
