Draw the channel spectrum

Do the following in the eeglab interface: Plot > Channel spectra and maps, and the pop_spectopo.m interface opens.

Set parameters according to the requirements. The default settings are adopted here. Click OK, and you will jump to the spectopo.m interface:

This image is the result of sampling 15% of the data, [15% is set in the red box in the first image]. You can also set it to 100%, and set the effect image of 100% to:

In the figure above, each color track represents the spectrum of a data channel activity. The leftmost scalp map shows the energy distribution of the scalp at 6 Hz. These data are concentrated in the midline of the frontal lobe. Other scalp maps show energy distributions of 10 Hz and 22 Hz.

For more information, you can click each mini-image, such as a 6-hertz brain map, and get the following results:

You can manipulate: Plot > Channel properties to draw the scalp position of the selected channel, its range of activity, and the ERP image of its activity in a single period.

You can edit the number of channels in the red box, and fill in channel 1. Click OK and the following screen appears:

The red part of the image above shows the scalp position of the selected channel, and the image also includes the active range and the ERP image of its activity in a single period.
